Demo schedule - Dates (Friday-Thursday)

Need onsite:

dumpster, tools, flood lights, extension cords, brooms, ladders, wheel barrel, wet/dry vac, and plumbing caps (before we remove shower, tub and fixtures)

- remove garage cabinets
- remove all appliance and place into the garage (future sale)

- remove swamp cooler
- remove flooring and baseboards
- remove all interior doors
- remove cabinets (kitchen and bathrooms), sink, faucet - check soffits removal
- remove shower and tub (both bathrooms) - check ceiling removal
- remove popcorn ceilings in all rooms
- remove primary hall vanities, sinks, faucets
- remove drywall for hallway, office/den, primary walk-in closet and bathroom
- remove drywall for all pocket doors
- remove fans, window coverings, coverings for plugs and switches
- remove closet fixtures
- remove toilets (2)
